CONDIÇÕES DE USO
1-GERAL
1.1.A realização de um pedido à MIX STORE supõe a aceitação por parte do cliente destas condições legais. Nenhuma condição enviada pelo cliente poderá diferir das da MIX STORE, a não ser que tenha sido expressamente aceite e enviada por escrito, pela MIX STORE.
1.2.Um pedido não é definitivo até ter sido aceite pela MIX STORE.
2-PREÇOS
2.1. Os preços publicados são válidos salvo em caso de erro tipográfico. O IVA já esta incluído. Os gastos de envio não estão incluídos nos valores dos produtos.
3-CONDIÇÕES DE PAGAMENTO
3.1. As formas de pagamento aceites pela MIX STORE são:
-Transferência bancária(nas condições impostas pela MIX STORE);
-Contra-reembolso(modalidade válida apenas para Portugal Continental e Ilhas)

4-ENVIOS
4.1. A MIX STORE não enviará nenhum produto até que haja confirmação por parte da administração que o pagamento se realizou(excepto quando contra-reembolso).
4.1.1. A MIX STORE reserva-se ao direito de cancelar todos os envios, sempre que a administração tenha detectado anomalias em envios anteriores(envios à cobrança).
4.2.A entrega é considerada realizada no momento em que a transportadora ou outra entidade, tenha posto os produtos à disposição do cliente e este tenha assinado o documento de recepção da entrega. É da inteira responsabilidade do cliente verificar os produtos na recepção dos mesmos.
4.3.A MIX STORE não se compromete a nenhum envio urgente. Os prazos de entrega variam de pais para pais, sendo estes da inteira responsabilidade das empresas transportadoras. A MIX STORE tentará sempre que possível fazer chegar o mais depressa possível a encomenda ao seu destino. Assim, a demora na entrega de uma encomenda não implica a anulação do envio nem indemnização alguma. Qualquer clausula de penalização por demora de entrega introduzida pelo cliente fica sem efeito pela aplicação do ponto 1.1 e destas condições legais.
4.4. A MIX STORE reserva-se ao direito de enviar os produtos pelo meio que achar mais adequado e que vá de encontro com os seus compromissos.
4.5. O valor dos portes é automaticamente calculado pelo site, tendo em atenção o local de destino e o peso. Podendo eventualmente ocorrer um erro tipográfico, a MIX STORE reserva-se no direito de alterar esse valor sem aviso prévio.
4.6. A MIX STORE não se responsabiliza pelos valores dos despachos alfandegários acrescidos às encomendas, sendo estes suportados pelo cliente.
5-DEVOLUÇÔES
5.1.A MIX STORE não aceitará qualquer reclamação decorridos 15 dias desde a data de emissão da factura.
5.2. A MIX STORE só aceitará devoluções de material defeituoso, sendo efectuada a troca pelo mesmo em perfeitas condições.
5.3. A MIX STORE não aceitará devoluções se as embalagens dos produtos não forem as originais ou estas não venham em boas condições.
5.4. Todas as devoluções devem ser autorizadas pela MIX STORE. Para isso, o cliente deve contactar a MIX STORE através do e-mail: sales@mix-store.com e pedir a devolução, indicando o motivo e o numero da factura do produto a trocar.
5.5. Uma vez autorizada a devolução por parte da administração da MIX STORE, é enviado ao cliente o mesmo produto, em perfeitas condições(salvo rotura de stock). Qualquer alteração em relação ao envio anterior deve ser comunicado à MIX STORE. Os portes serão suportados pelo cliente.
6. GARANTIAS
6.1. Todos os produtos comercializados pela MIX STORE desfrutam da garantia dada pelos fabricantes dos mesmos, sendo a garantia neste caso da responsabilidade dos fabricantes.
6.2. A garantia é tornada inválida quando se verificar as seguintes circunstâncias:
-Golpes e/ou transporte inadequado;
-Danos causados por fenómenos ou catástrofes naturais: tempestades, inundações, raios, terramotos, incêndios, etc…
6.3. Todos os produtos que gozem de garantia são enviados aos fabricantes, ficando da responsabilidade destes o seu manuseamento bem como data de entrega.
6.4. Os produtos são enviados novamente, sendo os portes suportados pelo cliente.
7-LIMITAÇÂO DE RESPONSABILIDADE
7.1. Os preços, as características e a disponibilidade dos produtos comercializados pela MIX STORE podem ser alterados sem aviso prévio.
ENVIOS E DEVOLUÇÔES
1-GARANTIA
Todo o material passa por um rigoroso controlo de qualidade. Em caso de receber material defeituoso é-lhe enviado o mesmo material em perfeitas condições(prévia entrega do defeituoso)
2-PRAZOS DE ENTREGA
Uma vez realizado o pedido, o tempo de entrega varia consoante a zona geográfica em que se encontra.(em Portugal Continental o prazo é de 24h salvo excepções).
Assim que a encomenda é enviada, é-lhe enviado um e-mail com a confirmação do envio.
Em caso de rotura de stock é enviado um e-mail a comunicar a situação de pendente.

Para evitar o uso fraudulento da loja, a sua direcção de ip ficará gravada na transacção, de modo que em caso de fraude se possa contactar o seu isp para solicitar informações.

USE CONDITIONS
1-GENERAL
1.1.Sending an order to MIX STORE means the acceptance by the client of these legal conditions. No conditions sent by the customer can be different from the ones expressed by MIX STORE, unless it has been previously accepted and confirmed in written by MIX STORE.
1.2.An order is not definitive until it has been accepted by MIX STORE.
2-PRICES
2.1.Published prices are valid except if there is a printing mistake. Prices with VAT included. Shipping costs not included.
3-PAYMENT CONDITIONS
3.1. The ways of payment accepted by MIX STORE are:
-Bank Transference (under the conditions set by MIX STORE.);
-Cash on delivery (only available for Portugal, Continental and Islands)

4-SHIPMENTS
4.1. MIX STORE will not send any product until MIX STORE administration has confirmed that the payment is successfully complete.
4.1.1. Mix Store reserve the right to cancel all the shipments, since the administration has detected anomalies in previous shipments. (cash on delivery)
4.2. Delivery is considered to be made when the transport company has delivered the products to the client and the client has signed a document confirming the delivery.
It’s entirely the customers responsibility to verify in witch conditions the product gets to their hands.
4.3. MIX STORE does not compromise to urgent shipments. The delivery time varies from country to country, being this, entirely of the transport companies responsibility.
Mix Store will always do everything on it’s path to reduce the delivery time. Although, the late delivery doesn’t mean that the cancellation of shipment or any indemnity. Any penalty clause introduced by the customer for late delivery will have no effect by the appliance of the clause 1.1 and on the legal conditions.
4.4- MIX STORE have the right to send their products by the most adequate means to meet it’s engagements.
4.5- The delivery charge will be automatically calculated by the web site, keeping in mind the destiny and the weight. Regarding the possibility of a printing mistake, the MIX STORE have the right to alter that value without previous warning.
4.6- Mix Store is not responsible for the increase of price value by the custom-house, being this charges paid by the customer.
5.RETURNS
5.1. MIX STORE will not accept any claim after 15 days on invoice date.
5.2. MIX STORE will only accept returns for defective material and in that case MIX STORE will send the same product again in perfect conditions.
5.3. MIX STORE will not accept returns if the packaging of the product is not the original ones and these are not kept in perfect conditions.
5.4. Any return must be authorised by MIX STORE. For this reason the customer should contact Mix Store through the e-mail: sales@mix-store.com and request for devolution indicating the motive and the number of the invoice of the product he which to exchange.
5.5. Once the devolution is authorised by the MIX STORE administration, the same product is sent to the client in perfect conditions (except if it is out of stock).
Any changes in relation to the previous shipment must be reported to MIX STORE.
The costs of transport will be paid by the client.
6-WARANTIES
6.1. All the products commercialised by MIX STORE have the warrantee given by the factory, being in this case the warrantee is responsibility of the factories.
6.2. The warrantee will not be valid under the following situations:
-Blows and/or inappropriate transport;
-Damages due to natural catastrophes like: storms, floods, lightning’s, earthquakes, fires, etc. ...
6.3. All the products under the factory’s warrantee will be sent to the factory, becoming of their responsibility the handling of the product as the delivery date.
6.4. The products will be sent again, being the transport charges supported by the customer.
7-LIMITATION OF RESPONSABILITY
7.1. Prices, characteristics and availability of the products sold by MIX STORE can change without previous warning.
SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS
1- WARANTY
All products are submitted an restricted quality control. In case of some anomaly we send again the same product in perfect conditions. ( after we receive the product with anomaly).
2- DELIVERY DATES
One time the request made, the time to delivery varies concerning the geographic zone were to be delivered ( in Portugal the delivery time is 24 hours excluding the exceptions).
Since the products of the request list is sent, we send the customer an e-mail to confirm the shipment.
In case of out of stock we send the customer an e-mail to communicate the pendent situation.
